A second initiative themed “A special day for vulnerable children” was held in September 2018 with the children of Vlora orphanage. It was a joint initiative of the youth IMPACT group from Vlora and the World Vision IMAPCT groups of Novosela and Babica e madhe. Participants were 18 youth from these groups. Direct beneficiaries of this initiative were 14 children from 0-6 years old of the orphanage in Vlora.

The purpose of this initiative was that through the games, the gifts that the participants provided, and the time spent together with this category of vulnerable children, youth could transmit their love, dedication and support by giving the message that these children are not alone in this world. The aim was also to raise awareness of the needs that this category of children has. Participants in this initiative were also representatives of the State Social Service of Vlora District.
